💨 10 Min Breathwork & Light Meditation for Focus (Beginner Friendly!)

Hi Salted Collective! Finally, let's play with our breath! As many of you know, I'm currently going through a 3 month meditation and breath work training and I have been absolutely loving it! Today I thought I'd lead you all through my favorite breath so far which is called Equal Ratio Breathing. This breath is great for calming the physical body and relaxing your nerves. You inhale, exhale and hold your breather equal parts of time. Because I'm a beginner when it come to breath work, my lungs aren't as strong as those that have been practicing for a long time, so I only do 4 second parts. More experienced practitioners may do 7-10 seconds but we'll start light over here 😂. If you feel that 4 seconds is too much lower it to 3! I hope you enjoy.
