15 Minute Yoga Stretch Break | Open Your Body & Feel Amazing!

Take a quick break from your day to stretch and open up your entire body. This 15-minute all levels flow will leave you feeling calm, yet focused to help you stay productive. The class starts in tabletop to flow through cat/cow and spinal waves into cobra pose. The warm up continues with kneeling side body stretches and mini camel heart-openers. Rest in child's pose with a deep shoulder stretch and then hold downward facing dog. Practice three-legged dog, pyramid, high lunge, warrior II, triangle, reverse triangle and low lunge twist. Open the chest with cobra, upward facing dog and melting heart pose. The class ends with a seated neck stretch and a few minutes of quiet, mindful reflection. I hope you love the class! Yoga To Reduce Stress | 30 Min Slow Flow - Relaxing Stretches + Savasana

This gentle and relaxing full body yoga class will take you through mindful movement meant to support your physical + mental healthy by reducing stress. You will be encouraged to move with your breath while staying aware of your bodily sensations. This class is for all levels. We begin with a gentle flow of child's pose to cobra with a side body and lower back stretch, locust pose to open the shoulders and a seated toe stretch. The sequence continues with downward dog, rag-doll, seated neck stretches, head to knee pose, seated wide legged forward fold, reclined twist and savasana. I hope you enjoy the class! 20 Minute Evening Yoga + Savasana | Deep Stretch & Relax

Unwind and relax at the end of the day with this 20-minute yoga class for all levels. Enjoy a calming slow flow with deep stretches for the full body before resting in savasana. We'll begin in child's pose to connect with the breath before moving into side body stretches and seated neck rolls. Warm up the spine in traditional cat/cow and stretch the entire backside body in downward dog. Next we move into pigeon pose to stretch the hips, take an optional twist here to deepen the stretch. Open the chest and shoulders in melting heart pose, and finish the main sequence with ragdoll pose. The sequence ends reclined on the floor with hamstring stretches, twists, happy baby and savasana.
