Happy #DAY24 today I am bringing you a juicy neck and shoulder release! I have it posted here as a two part series (sorry technical difficulties). These mobility exercises are the perfect thing to have on hand to start the day, or sprinkle throughout your day- especially if you are stuck at a desk. They can help alleviate any kinks and tensions, head aches, and more. Go through at your own pace, and always stay within your own pain free range of motion.
