Day 9

We’ve talked about our ggg morning habit, hydration habit & movement habit. Another healthy habit we recommend is deep sleep.

Why is deep sleep important? This is when your body does the vast majority of its detoxifying and cleansing work, including the liver acting like your body's janitor and your brain getting it's overnight bath!

It's also crucial that we not wake up during these times so we hit the right amount of deep sleep hours to produce our own hormone of Melatonin.
